E-Poxy Base

An epoxy coating compound is made up of two separate components: epoxy resin and polyamine hardener (generally called catalyst). When the resin and hardener are combined, a chemical reaction occurs that causes cross-linking of the components as it cures.

When the epoxy coating is fully set, the end product is a long-lasting, stiff plastic coating with a variety of desired mechanical qualities, such as hardness, durability, impact resistance, and chemical resistance. These coatings have been used in a wide range of industries for a long period, starting from the protection of ships and marine structures from erosion to using them as a sealant on cement floors.

The latest developments and research have significantly improved their durability and resistance in severe conditions while making their use convenient. E-Poxy Coating has superior durability than many other industry-grade coatings and is preferred for the long-lasting impact. Recently, E-Poxy coatings are being often been used in industrial and automotive applications too and are trusted by many Industry Men.
